Continuous line Chickens ORIGINAL
Original watercolor Chickens II is a 12x18 watercolor and ink artwork painted on cold pressed paper. Each chicken was hand drawn using one continuous line without lifting the pen and loose watercolor was added after the drawings were complete.
Just a little diddy about why this art came to exist: I have wanted chickens for nearly a decade but we haven’t gotten them first due to city ordinances, next because of a hound dog with a strong prey drive, and now that our hound has passed there are no more excuses other than I need to pull the trigger. Instead of researching what I needed, I decided to create chicken art to hold me over until I get the real thing!
